Refund policy

At Pause Ritual, we want you to have a positive shopping experience. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused
  • be in its original condition
  • be returned in its original packaging

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3-7 business days of delivery at hello@pauseritual.co with:

  • your order number
  • a short explanation
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your case and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

  • used items
  • items damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • items returned without prior contact

Refunds
Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pauseritual.co
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has already been processed or shipped.
